All orders are securely packaged and provided with shipping proof before dispatch.Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier (such as the postal service or FedEx), the risk of delay, loss, or damage during transit becomes the buyer’s responsibility.
For better protection, we recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking or insurance. We will assist by providing all available shipping documentation for your reference, but we are not liable for any loss or damage during transit.
