Our metal pen-making has entered a new field. In addition to maintaining the high-class texture of the metal, we also need to think about how to change the color and texture pattern on it, so we launched a pen designed with titanium alloy!

This is also part of Cypress' journey in making Titanium alloy pens. Those bright colors are created on the titanium alloy surface through an anodization process. The Titanium alloy barrel, cap and section are hand-crafted by the artisan to showcase the tactile design of the sturdy writing instrument. On a related note, this pen is a bit on the heavy side at 63.8g and fitted with a JoWo number 6 nib.

The manufacturing process of a titanium alloy pen is complicated, which can be briefly summarized into the following points for everyone to understand:
First, we need to carve the pattern and polish it to make the brightness and texture obviously. After that, we must completely remove the body oil or other dirt attached to the metal with a special mixed liquid, so that the metal can be activated and colored better before entering the step of baking the color at a constant temperature, and then repeated grinding and polishing, and after the barrel is completed, thoroughly removed the metal residue and more than color blocks in the details once again, and air-dried in a dust-free room.
